He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all our questions. He provided the quote on time and never pressured us to make a decision, which we really appreciated. Josh also recommended ProSource Wholesale and connected us with Maria, who was wonderful to work with. My wife and I ultimately did a complete 180 and decided on engineered white oak hardwood in a herringbone pattern, making our project significantly more complicated. Josh, Chris, and the entire team did an amazing job! They were consistently friendly, courteous, professional, and punctual. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really showed, especially with such a challenging installation.
